Ingredients
700 g of sweet cottage cheese
400 g sour cream
200 g sugar
200 g butter
150 g raisins
6 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons semolina grits
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until light yellow and fluffy.
Bring in one by one the cheese, butter, semolina grits, flour and raisins and mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture in a round tray, lined with baking paper. I used a 28cm diameter and 7cm tall tray.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown, in a preheated oven at 170C.
When baked, remove from the oven and set aside to reach room temperature.
