2 eggs
50 ml warm milk
4-5 tbsp granulated sugar
50 gr butter
4 slices of good quality bread (brioche type)

Beat the eggs, add the warm milk and mix.
Add the bread slices one by one and leave for a moment so they soak in the mixture. Turn on each side.
Meanwhile, heat your pan on low-medium heat.
Add a small cube of butter and leave to melt.
Add the soaked bread and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Add small amounts of butter after you turn them, so they have enough grease to cook.
When ready, place them on a plate and sprinkle sugar on them.
Serve with cream or by their own.
