My childhood dessert, using milk, semolina course and a bit of sugar. Simple ingredients make a tasty and beautiful recipe.
▶️ Ingredients
1,5 l milk
150 semolina course
3 tbsp sugar
To serve: jam of any kind, fresh fruits, grated chocolate, a dash of cinnamon.
▶️ Method
Add the milk into a pan and slowly bring to boil, on low-medium heat.
Once hot, add in the semolina and stir with an alert movement using a balloon whisk.
Simmer while stirring constantly until creamy. The longer it cooks, the firmer it will become.
Serve with the jam of your preference, fresh fruits, grated chocolate or a dash of cinnamon.
