Milk Pudding

My childhood dessert, using milk, semolina course and a bit of sugar. Simple ingredients make a tasty and beautiful recipe.

▶️ Ingredients


1,5 l milk

150 semolina course

3 tbsp sugar


To serve: jam of any kind, fresh fruits, grated chocolate, a dash of cinnamon.


▶️ Method

  1. Add the milk into a pan and slowly bring to boil, on low-medium heat.

  2. Once hot, add in the semolina and stir with an alert movement using a balloon whisk.

  3. Simmer while stirring constantly until creamy. The longer it cooks, the firmer it will become.

  4. Serve with the jam of your preference, fresh fruits, grated chocolate or a dash of cinnamon.

  5. Enjoy!
