500 gr cod loin fillets
50 gr butter
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 lemon juice
50 ml white wine
salt & pepper
smoked paprika
dried or fresh parsley to garnish
đMethod
Melt the butter in a large non-stick pan and add the garlic.
Cut the fish in pieces and place it in the pan.
Leave to cook for 2-3 minute with the lid on.
Add the wine, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Leave to cook for another 2-3 minutes. Do not turn the fish as it will break in small pieces.
Sprinkle parsley and smoked paprika and cover.
Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
