Cornmeal-Crusted Fried Fish with polenta and garlic mayo

Golden crunch guaranteed , easy to make and very tasty fish fried recipe. This is a 30 minutes recipe, very health, using simple ingredients. A tradional Romanian recipe for you to enjoy!


Ingredients

4 fish fillets (my choice was sea bass)

125g corn grits (1/2 cup)

sunflower oil to fry


šŸƒFor polenta:

250g corn grits (1 cup)

1 litre water (4 cups)

50g butter (1/4 cup)

salt


šŸƒFor garlic mayo:

5 garlic cloves

sunflower oil

apple vinegar
