Roast Potatoes

Fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, goes well with a fresh salad for lunch or dinner. 💚 Ingredients

Serve 4


Potatoes 1kg

Olive oil 6 tbsp

Butter 50 gr

Garlic cloves 4

Rosemary

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

50 gr grated parmesan


Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/392F/Gas mark 6.

  2. Wash the potatoes, cut them in big chunks, quarters if you like and put them them to boil for about 5 min or until halfway done with 1 tsp of salt.

  3. Drain and transfer in a roaster.

  4. Spread evenly small butter cubes and the garlic chopped.

  5. Sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary, paprika, salt&pepper and grated parmesan.

  6. Bake for 20 min or until crunchy golden.

  7. Serve with fresh salad.

  8. Enjoy! 💚
