Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

Serve 4


8 potatoes

Olive oil 6 tbsp

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

50 gr grated parmesan


Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/392F/Gas mark 6.

  2. Wash the potatoes, cut them in big chunks, quarters if you like.

  3. Transfer in a roaster lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper and grated parmesan.

  4. Bake for 20 min or until crunchy golden.

  5. Serve with fresh salad and/or a steak or by its own as a snack.

  6. Enjoy! 💚
