Soy and Garlic Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

serve 4

300 gr chicken breast

600 gr stir fry vegetables

600 gr fresh egg noodles

170 gr soy and garlic sauce

4 garlic cloves

5 tbsp sunflower or sesame oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Method

  1. Set a large non-stick frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the oil and stir-fry the chicken, cut in small pieces.Toss in the garlic chopped with 1/4 cup boiled water. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Bring in the veggies, stir fry around 4 minutes.

  3. Plunge the noodles into the pan with 2 tbsp of oil and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes.

  4. Pour the sauce over and mix everything together. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. Serve while hot.

  6. Enjoy!
