This easy bean dip is creamy and delicious! Served with pita chips and veggies, it's a delicious snack or appetiser.

800 gr beans (2 cans), drained and rinsed
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
250 ml tomato juice + 250 ml tomato paste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste
4 tbsp olive oil

➡️How to make?
Heat oil in a shallow casserole dish over medium heat.
Cook onion for 3 minutes until translucent, than bring in the tomato juice, paprika and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the beans in a food processor with garlic and blend until smooth. Add some water for more smoothness, around 2-4 tbsp.
Bring in the beans over the sauce, give it a good stir and bake 30 minutes uncovered, in a preheated oven at 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.
Let it cool and serve with a good piece of bread at breakfast or as a snack between meals.
