Sauteed Green Beans with Garlic are quick and easy to make and super delicious.They are flavored simply with fresh garlic, salt and pepper which allows the natural flavors to shine through. Sautéed green beans make the perfect side to serve with anything like grilled steak, chicken, meatloaf, or even pasta dishes and are perfect to bring to a barbecue!
Serve 4
🔸Ingredients
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions, chopped
1 chicken/vegetable stock cube
450-500g green beans
5 garlic cloves, crushed or grated
a small bunch of parsley, chopped

🔸Method
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and sauté 3 minutes.
Bring in the chicken stock, salt and pepper, green beans, garlic, hot water.
Cook 15 minutes with the lid on.
Finish with fresh parsley on top. Give it a gentle stir.
Transfer to a serving dish. Serve warm!
