Baked Sticky Chicken Wings

Baked chicken wings are so easy to make, and they come out of the oven crispy and delicious. There's no need for flour!

🔸Ingredients


1 kg chicken wings

5 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp garlic paste or 3 grated garlic cloves

3 tbsp brown or barbecue sauce

3 tbsp ketchup

3 tbsp sriracha sauce (optional)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp grated pepper

🔸Method


  1. Add all seasonings in a large bowl and mix. Wash the chicken wings thwourhly and remove any feathers left. Add them into the sauce and let to marinate for 1 hour.

  2. Preheat your oven at 200C/392F/Gas mark 6.

  3. Place the wings in a tray lined with parhment paper and bake the wings until the skin is browned and crispy, about 40 minutes.

  4. Serve while hot.

  5. Enjoy!
