➡️Ingredients
warm water 1 1/4 cup
butter(melted) 2 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
salt 1 1/2 tsp
strong white bread flour 3 1/4 cup
yeast 1 1/2 tsp
4 tbsp melted butter (50 gr)
3 garlic cloves, crushed or grated
1 tsp Rosemary
2 tbsp grated parmesan
➡️Method
Add the warm water in a large bowl together with the yeast and 2-3 tbsp of flour. Mix everything with a balloon whisk and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining flour and salt, knead for 5 minutes by hand or using a stand mixer.
Remove the dough from the bowl, give it a nice stretch and fold with a splash of oil. Place it back, seal it using clinging film and leave to rise for 60 minutes in a warm place.
When doubled in size, grease your hands and workspace with some oil. Shape the dough into a long cylinder and divide it into 32 small pieces. Using your hands shape them into even rolls, place them on a baking sheet into a Christmas Tree shape. Cover with clinging film and a clean towel, let it rest another 30 minutes.
In the meantime preheat your oven at 190C/375F/Gas mark 5.
Bring the melted butter and crushed garlic into a small bowl.
Brush lightly with melted butter and garlic. Bring to perfection with a touch of rosemary and freshly grated parmesan.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
Let it cool on a rack and serve with your favourite food.
Enjoy!
